The Elk Crossing Lodge is located on Timberline Crescent on Fernie's ski hill just a short walk to the chair lifts. The ski hill is about an 8 minute drive from downtown Fernie, shuttle bus service is available daily to and from the ski hill.

Calgary International Airport is the closest Canadian airport to Fernie. From Calgary to Fernie, expect the drive to take from between 3 to 3.5 hours. Weather permitting, take Highway 22 through the foothills of Alberta with the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. It is breathtaking.

Cranbrook Airport is just an hour away and an alternate airport includes Kalispell in Montana.
